Deborah Cohn, a high-level patent and trademark office official, is a trademark expert who has spent decades of involvement in trademark law. She is the Commissioner of Trademarks for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Duties involve decisions on a wide range of legal examination issues including Petitions to Commissioner and establishment of policy and procedures on a variety of domestic and international trademark registration issues. Deborah Cohn is retiring in January, 2015.
